Meritan delivers health, social & support services for individuals and families living with the effects of aging, vision loss, blindness, and disabilities. And...we're finding families for children in need.

There are several ways Meritan solves problems for people & families living with the Effects of Vision Loss.

Meritan is the Low Vision Works (LVW) provider in Shelby County. It is 100% paid for by Medicare. Addressing the two essential components of visual rehabilitation, this process engages Occupational Therapists to work with patients to get the most out of their limited vision.

We love this service. It truly fits our mission. And it is delivered in your home.
