Yolanda Webb,

Vice President of Home and Community Based Services

Yolanda Webb, is Meritan’s new Associate Vice-President of Home and Community Based Services.  The department provides programs and services that provide in-home personal support services.  Yolanda joined Meritan July 2017.

Yolanda brings many years of experience in Health and Human Services to include roles serving as Case Manager, Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP), Behavior Specialist, Program Director and Executive leadership roles overseeing programs serving children, adults and families with Behavioral Health (Mental Health), Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse and Addiction needs.

Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Psychology from Tennessee State University in Nashville, a Masters in Humanities from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and has begun work towards a PhD in Public Policy/Social Justice.  She is the mother of two and has two grandchildren.  She currently lives with her family in Olive Branch, MS.
