HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN A MERITAN’S VIRTUAL MOVEMENT:

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS MOVE! You can walk, run, dance, exercise, and/or cycle! Please take a picture or video of you moving, post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, tag @MeritanInc, and challenge 3 friends to participate and donate!

According to the National Institutes of Health, “Regular physical activity may help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke. If you have one of these health problems, physical activity may improve your condition.” Staying active has been scientifically proven to improve your overall well being, increase your endorphins and self-esteem, and decrease anxiety and levels of social withdrawal.

About Meritan:

Your support would help enable Meritan to continue to fulfill its mission to provide care and services to more than 1,700 Mid-Southerners through in-home health care and job training programs for seniors.
