Accreditation
Meritan is accredited through the Council on Accreditation (COA) and the Accreditation Commission for Health Care. We have policies and procedures to pursue continuous quality improvement and CMS compliance with respect to the common and unique value of each individual. Meritan complies with Title VI and VII and other regulations necessary for ethical service delivery.
It is imperative that our staff work well as a part of any patient or client's team of care professionals (social, medical and mental health.) In addition, we also look to community organizations to advocate for equality, dignity and independence in human services, including but not limited to, access, resources and funding.

Patient Privacy Policy
Meritan’s patient privacy policy covers Meritan’s obligations to their clients, the circumstances under which a patient’s medical information may be used or disclosed, and patients’ rights in relation to their private health information. Website Privacy Policy
Meritan does collect some non-personal and non-identifying information from the visitors to our website. The organization does not collect identifying information unless you freely offer the information through a form, for example, signing up for our mailing list, submitting a suggestion, sending communication, or applying for a job online.
